Shipping Policy

Dispatch Time

We typically dispatch orders within 3-4 weeks. Rush orders are available for a small fee. Rest assured, your items will be carefully packaged to enhance your unboxing experience.

Shipping Methods

**UK Orders:** We ship within the UK using Royal Mail First Class Signed For, with delivery typically taking 1-2 days.
**International Orders:** For customers outside the UK, we use Royal Mail International service, with delivery times ranging from 5-10 days. Please note that this estimate does not include possible customs delays, Christmas, or bank holidays.

Express Shipping

If you need expedited delivery, we offer express 2-3 day UPS international shipping options, available at an additional cost ranging from £25-£50. Feel free to contact us for a custom quote.

All shipping and handling fees are inclusive of packing materials and tracking/shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Color Accuracy

We regret that we are unable to accept returns based on the discrepancy between the colors of your printed stationery and what you see on your screen. Monitors display colors differently and may not accurately represent how your order will print. To ensure color satisfaction, we highly recommend ordering a sample set, which includes a printed color chart displaying all our ink options.

Color Preferences

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the colors you’ve chosen, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are more than willing to collaborate with you on a discounted reprint.


We do not accept returns or process refunds for errors on approved proofs, such as typographical mistakes on invitations, regardless of the source of the error. Once approved, your stationery will be printed precisely as shown in the final proofs.

However, for all other stationery items that do not require proofing (e.g., place cards, gift tags, place cards), please contact us if you encounter any errors, and we will provide a free-of-charge reprint, including production and shipping.

Please ensure that any mistaken products returned to us are new and unused within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Table Plans and Signs

Design Amendments

For our design service, we offer up to 3 rounds of digital proofs. Depending on the complexity of the changes required, we may charge between £5 to £10 per design amendment.

Personalized Products

If you believe that you don’t need to contact us before placing your order, it’s crucial to clearly specify your color choices (selected from the provided options) and any additional custom wording in the “Notes” section at checkout. Failure to provide this information, without subsequent communication within a couple of days, will result in production using the exact colors and specifications as shown in the purchased listing pictures.
