Payment Policy – Payment is accepted through Paypal only or direct bank transfer at checkout. Please make sure your Paypal account is updated and the address is correct.

Shipping Policy – Normally, we dispatch within 3-4 weeks (rush orders available for a small fee). The items will be carefully placed in a beautiful packaging, so its pleasant to open too.

Orders within UK are shipped with Royal Mail First Class Signed For and received within 1-2 days. International orders to ALL other countries are shipped with Royal Mail International service and received within 5-10 days (not including possible custom delays, Christmas and bank holidays).

Express 2-3 days UPS international deliveries are also available costing between £25-£50. Contact us for a custom quote.

** All shipping and handling fees include packing materials and tracking/shipping costs.

Refund Policy – We are unable to accept returns because your printed stationery does not match the colors you see on screen.

This is because all monitors display color differently and may not accurately represent how your order will print. If you are concerned about color, we highly recommend ordering a sample set which includes a printed color chart showing all of our ink options.

If for some reason you do not like the colors you chose, please contact us. We’ll be happy to work with you on a discounted reprint.

We cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs (e.g. typos on invitations), regardless of where the error originated. Once approved, your stationery will print exactly as shown in the final proofs.

Should you find an error on all our other your stationery which do not require proofing (place cards, gift tags, place cards), please contact us and we will offer free of charge re-print, production and shipping.

Also, please return your mistaken products new and unused to us within 14 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

TABLE PLANS: With our design service we offer 3 rounds of digital proofs.  We may charge between £5 to £10 per design amendment, depending on the complexity of the changes.

Additional Information – PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
If you feel that you don’t need to contact me before placing your order, it is paramount to specify clearly your colour choices (from the provided options) and any additional custom wording in the “Notes” at checkout. Please do that because if you don’t provide this information and I don’t receive an email from you within a couple of days, we will proceed with production in the exact colours and specification as shown on the purchased listing pictures.
